Bike service

We strongly recommend you have your bike serviced before you leave for your tour. Ensure items such as shoes, cleats, tyres and brake pads are in excellent condition so as to avoid having to replace them whilst on tour.

Packing Your Bike before the Tour

If you require assistance in packing your bike, please let us know in advance. Bikes are preferred to be packed in a bike box. We can supply you a bike box free of charge and are more than happy to pack your bike ready for your travel to the start of the tour. Every care will be taken to ensure your bike is packed in a professional manner, protecting it from possible damage whilst in transit BUT we do not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to the bike during transit.

Unpacking and Re-packing your Bike in Italy

All bikes that we have packed will be re-assembled for you once you have arrived on tour, so that you are free to settle yourself into the hotel. Likewise, after your final ride on tour we’ll re-pack your bike for your return travel.
